Powermaster has a generator looking alternator for Ford engines

You can also take a 1965 style Ford Alternator install a regulator onto that alternator – part from NPD catalog, make the original type voltage regulator into a Junction box.

Some time ago there was a stream on the list regarding going from the generator to a one-wire alternator.  I saved it at the time but cannot find it now.
