[Tigers] radiator mounting

Yeah, I have never heard of such a problem either...  but,
Owain really uses his Tiger..  fast race/rallyes...  Tigers are pretty 
flexible.. and even I removed the bottom piece
of the core support (that blocks the radiator) that might have made it 
stronger...  OWAIN, did you do that too?
