[Tigers] Fuel pump recommendation

I’ve had one of Rick’s modified SU pumps for 25 years- still has the familiar clicking sound without the hassle of the points. Pumps enough gas for a 302. Kirk

Oh, I definitely agree, I wouldn't replace the Holley with another...but, the darn thing keeps working and I'm cheap. But, nope, no way I'd recommend!  ;)

I've had no blockage problems since I put the car back together, which included doing the tanks and new lines/hoses. But, I also remember the screen getting blocked after I first installed it in 1994.

I'm not a huge fan of the holley red (although I do have one in the tiger, I wouldn't replace it with the same)  It's very noisy and it tends to get gummed up quite easily if left standing for long periods.  I've had to clean it up a few times.  I've generally been far happier with carter pumps.

FWIW, there are definite fake Facets out there.  I have not had trouble with any Facet I knew was real.
