[Tigers] Fuel pump recommendation

I'm not a huge fan of the holley red (although I do have one in the tiger,
I wouldn't replace it with the same).  It's very noisy and it tends to get
gummed up quite easily if left standing for long periods.  I've had to
clean it up a few times.  I've generally been far happier with carter pumps.
