[Tigers] Rack filling

Reading this thread reminded me... years ago I had to fill my rack in
the car.
My old brain forgets the details but I do remember I jacked the car up
on the passenger side.
I think I removed the little plate on the front passenger side of the
rack (covers the hole that the
piston and spring go in on the drivers side). I must have poured the
oil in there. I do remember
I had to work the rack left and right to get the thick oil to distribute
to the drivers side.
I think I had to change the rack boots(bellows) because the ones SS
supplied me were REALLY thin
and cheap and leaked.
Putting the oil in that way was easier than pulling the radiator and
then the rack and fill it out of
the car... which is much preferred.
