[Tigers] Correct gauges

So now I have to realize that I have always just thought "Smiths Jaeger."
But as Michael points out, they actually say "British Jaeger."   Were they
separate companies that merged at some point?  Is there a non-British
Jaeger?  Something other than Jagermeister?
