[Tigers] Fwd: Obscure Part of the Day

I didn't see this part in the Sunbeam Specialties catalog, so I sent Rick
an email and he verified that he DOES have them for only $3 each.  He
didn't give a part number but he called it a "capper".  So I will be
ordering some from him.

Here is a pair I got from Sunbeam Specialties several years back. Still not
on the car because I have yet to figure out how to affix them.
