[Tigers] Replacement trunk lid?

Any one have leads on replacement Trunk/boot lids?  Mine has enough damage, depresenions between internal supports that body shop thinks a replacement might be a better option.

Didn't see anything on classic sunbeam, ebay or victoria british.  Let me know other thoughts.
