[Tigers] Tiger's Tires

It was a dumb question when I knew the answer was never to take the chance
on tires that old. It does cause me pain to see tires with only 200 miles
of wear go to the recycler especially when their size replacements are no
longer available. But that beats doing fender damage from a blowout.
