[Tigers] Spare tire hold down plate

I must live under a rock. Ebay: $75 for a spare hold down bolt/washer. $109 for six jack/tool hold down clips. These were sold prices, not asking prices. Pray tell what did the rare, rusty hold down plate go for (I didn’t find it on Ebay / Sold Items)?

I saw this on an auction site and was too late to bid on it. It’s the plate that goes on the floor of the trunk to secure the spare tire. Mine is missing. If anybody has one or knows where to get one I’d appreciate it. Thanks.
