[Tigers] Camshaft Recommendations

I installed the Summit CCA-31-216-2 in my stock 260 which has slightly
greater lift (0.447 vs. 0.433) and duration than the -215 cam. There was
no interference risk in the valve to piston clearances.
Common knowledge is to maximize the lift the engine / valve operation will
tolerate (valve springs and clearances limited) for improved performance
and select duration to the rpm range of use. The greater the duration, the
higher the rpm range. *As a precaution, I'd strongly recommend replacing
the press in rocker studs with screw in studs.*
