[Tigers] Fuel Pump Access Door

Ron,  I was wondering the same.  Possibly all the mounting holes were not drilled accurately from car to car and might that account for a misalignment?mark L

                The cover on my Tiger just barely covers the opening at that corner; the rubber seal closes the opening.

 

Its possible you need to remount that cover, pushing it as far as you can to the inside with the Dzus fastener closed.

My Tiger is a Mk1A, B382000217.  (And no, that is not the original fuel pump.  The original owner replaced it with a Carter pump and a Holley regulator)
