[Tigers] Fuel Pump Access Door

Here are a couple of pictures of what I was trying to describe.  I added
red arrows to the corner that is not covered by the access door.

My Tiger is a Mk1A, B382000217.  (And no, that is not the original fuel
pump.  The original owner replaced it with a Carter pump and a Holley
regulator)
