[Tigers] valve extractor for tool kit

Ugh.  My Alpine came with a largely complete kit.  It sat in the trunk for many years - through high school, college and law school.  Then I got the harebrained idea that I needed to protect it.  So I took it out and put it somewhere safe.  Never saw it again.
