[Tigers] Red Tiger in Annapolis

I saw a red Tiger with Red HT in Annapolis on Tuesday getting on Route 50 (going east) from Route 2 around 1-1:30 PM yesterday.  Can the owner email me privately, or if you know this owner, let me have contact info.
