[Tigers] Information request on Tiger Owner

Has anyone heard of a Ronald Dowling? He says he has a 1965 Tiger for sale, but the price is too good to be true. He says he is from Youngstown, Ohio 44513. Anyone familiar with this person or his car if they really exist?
