[Tigers] Door Latch Adjustment

If I recall when I did this, one of the rubber pieces did not compress
enough because it was too thick or too firm.  Maybe remove the rubber and
see if it will latch clearly first.  Definitely add lots of tape like Ron
suggested to make sure without the rubber the door doesn't chip more paint.

Adjusting the hinges was super hard.  It sounds like maybe you've already
got that straight.  Keep in mind that the hinge is in essence a wedge.  So
when you slide it in to the car, it will effectively narrow, pulling the
door forward.  Visa versa when pushing the hinge out.

Also, when these cars were first built, the doors and hinges were already
on the car before paint.  So there is bare metal between the hinge and
door.  When I had my Alpine painted, everything was apart.  So there were
at least 4 layers of paint and 4 layers of primer added for each hinge,
which added so much thickness, I couldn't get it right.  The door was too
far back.  So I had to scrape away the paint and primer to narrow it again.
