Joe Parlanti wrote a very nice article a few years ago – should be on the TE/AE web site.

 

Here is a picture of the hardware – Sunbeam Specialties carries most of them.

2 Long ¼ BSF screws

2 pivot screws

3 button head screws – original screws were staked after install – I may use some LocTite here when I get that far

Round nut

Small #6 screws

I bought some small stainless washers instead of the plain steel washers

2 half moon type cover plates

2 large cover plates

 

I purchased ¼ -26 and 5/16 – 22 BSF tap and dies from Britishfasteners.com to clean up some poor looking threads

No, I have the ratchet plates. But i'm still trying to figure out if I have all of the right bolts.

Ron Fraser sent me some photos and I will piece things together using them

Looks like you are missing the ratchet plate.  In the parts manual it's called out as item B188.
