[Tigers] correct length

Yes, you can fill the OEM overflow tank to full, and use a catch bottle to take care of the expanding fluid.  I used an old OEM WW Washer bottle w/bracket, and most people, in fact everyone, has never said anything, as it is tucked to the front of the overflow tank in that corner, and looks OEM as well.
