Short and not exhaustive list.
Solid lifters
Distributor with no vacuum advance.
Thicker harmonic balancer.
Freer flowing exhaust manifolds.
Cylinder heads with a cast in spring pocket.
Never heard of a HIPO 260 in a Ford. Early cobras might have had something but I am not up to speed on that car.
