[Tigers] Coil over shocks?

I think coil over shocks in addition to leaf springs goes into the territory of ‘helper springs’. Usually for carrying a heavier load. Adjustable coil over shocks (where you can raise the ride height) will pre-load the leaf springs and, in my opinion, result in a harsh ride and possibly some irrational behavior of the rear end. Fitment may also be an issue. Extended shackles may be your answer. 2 inches is quite a bit and I’m not a fan of longer shackles but it will raise the body. Maybe someone has had more experience with coil overs than I have. I use QA1 coil overs on my street rod with a 4 link set up.
