[Tigers] Quarter Window Question

Before I break something I thought I would ask you guys for some tips.  I
am trying to remove the glass from the quarter (wing) window frame and the
old seal is as hard as a rock.  I removed the chrome plated piece that goes
at the bottom of the glass and it looks like the glass will just slide out
once I figure out how to cut through the seal.

Any ideas?
