[Tigers] Rear coil over shocks

It would be pretty simple to find some perches and collars, if you really wanted to add a coil over as a "helper" spring. But, it isn't something I'd suggest, as you'll be end up with way more wheel rate than you'll want. If raising the rear of the car is the objective, there are easier, more practical ways to do it.
