If it is a driver, it will be easier to sell with the strong motor. Include the 260 for any future true restoration. 
If it is a concours candidate, I can see where a properly presented 260 might result in a higher price.

Group--Would a numbers matching very , very nice Tiger be more valuable than a very, very, nice Tiger with a new Ford racing motor installed?
