Depends if you want it to look original or not. If you have your original wire cable you can cut both 90 degree ends off and use a motorcycle/bicycle stranded cable. Cut off the original 90 degree ends and drill out the old solid wire to fit the replacement cable. Silver solder the new cable onto your original 90 degree ends.If you need a complete assembly, they can be made by bending a rod, cutting it to length and bending it 90 degrees soldering washers in the correct spot etc., the motorcycle/bicycle housing is pretty close the the original Tiger.
I made and sold these a long time ago, but stopped for liability reasons, this could be why the usual suppliers don't have them, in case they break.

 Subject: [Tigers] Throttle Cable Replacement

Listers -

Looking to replace a broken throttle cable.  The usual suppliers are out of
stock for "stock" replacements.  Anyone have a substitute that worked
recently?

A little Googling revealed a TEAE recommendation (circa 1977) to use a
bicycle brake cable (?).

Summit and Jegs sell generic cables.

Thanks much,

Graham
