                This probably depends on the system you have.

I can drag and drop a picture into an email on my system and I also have a
compose tools in the header that has an Attachment feature; either seem to
work for me.

I wonder if any readers can describe the steps to attaching a picture to a
post to this web site. All to often I see the screen note that a picture has
been scrubbed. I have from time to time seen people who have successfully
managed to send/include a picture to their post. Since I see more with the
scrubbed note I can only guess that I am not alone in my need.
