[Tigers] Looking for advice on rocker arms

I bought some cool roller tip rockers for my Alpine - and something has
gone wrong. I'm looking for someone to give me advice. It is Sunbeam
related. So I hope I am not violating a Tiger rule. Please ignore this
email if it offends!

The rockers are made of aluminum by http://www.harlandsharp.com. And I
bought them through Creative Workshop in Florida who is the only supplier.

It turns out the rocker rollers are not square on top of the valve tip.
They are off to the side by .119". A picture is attached (in my car, with
assembly lube on it).

Options:
(1) leave as is and run with them off like that;
(2) send them to Creative Workshop and they will have someone grind off
.119" on one side.
(3) send my rocker stands to Creative Workshop and they will have someone
grind off .0595" from each side.
(4) have it done locally
(5) just return the rockers and buy new regular rockers.

FWIW, it turns out that the rockers of all Alpines are the same. But at
some point the heads changed and the later heads had the valves .119"
closer together. I have a Holbay head, which used the later Alpine casting.

I don't know if there is a long term issue with having either surfaces
redone - and how to know if they are done right.
I don't know if moving the rocker over, puts angle on the pushrod side and
if it would be too much.
The rocker stands are very light aluminum. If I can create a jig, I can do
it myself - but I worry about the right surface for the side of the rocker
stand.

THANKS FOR ANY HELP!

Jay
