[Tigers] Mechanical clatter- Friday AM Test

I'm still voting for the fan.  Especially since it looks you have a flex
fan and the sound  goes away at higher rpm.   Have you watched the rear of
the fan blades and all edges of the fan all the way around and there is
nothing even remotely close?

I don't recall the Tiger generator very well.  Does it have a fan on the
back of the pulley?  It could be that the bearing is worn enough that when
there is tension of a belt on the pulley, it pulls the generator pulley and
its little fan over just enough of motion that it is touching the face of
the generator body or a screw that sits up a bit.
