[Tigers] Metallic chatter noise

Sure sounds like fan blade contact. If it's a flex fan of sorts, the
higher the rpm, the more it flattens, which might pull it away from contact
zone. Maybe take off fan belt and try it for a bit. Then try spinning by
hand to find contact.
