Thanks. That is now 2 votes for worn engine mounts causing some sag which is resulting in contact somewhere. I will definitely check that out.

Over time the mounts can compress or tear. I'd still be incline to check the fan to shroud (or fan to anything else, my recollection is it comes close to the rack).
