[Tigers] Metallic chatter noise

Hi

Been a while since I posted, but having a problem. I hope the attached 10 sec video goes through.

Getting a metallic clatter from front of the engine. 

I can not see anything making contact.

The fan, fan pulley and shroud are secure.

With a stethoscope I checked for internal clatter at the water pump, timing cover, generator and valve covers. All internals sounded to be running smoothly.

Clatter gets worse as rpms increase but as I reach cruising speed the clatter seems to go away, although exhaust might be drowning it out. If I slow down and accelerate again it gets worse again.
