$4.99 at Rock Auto (plus shipping) if you have a hard time finding it locally.  http://www.rockauto.com/en/parts/wix,51335,oil+filter,5340  There was also another filter about half the height of the 51335 (maybe an inch and a half tall) that I believe had a Renault application if you need something really small.  Sorry I don’t know the number or exact application for that.  Maybe someone else knows?

      WIX       51335 





I have compiled a list of interchangeable shorty filters and have a Wix 51335 on my 260.  The Wix seems to be fair quality and I've used it for the past dozen or so oil changes.  Seems to be readily available here locally or you could search the big box auto parts store websites.
