[Tigers] SCCA Track Time Rules & the Tiger Hardtop

Interesting responses here.  If we are talking about our own ACTUAL safety
versus what SCCA rules allow, first, I would be surprised if the hard top
provided much of any real protection in a roll over.  I would kind of
expect those four little latches to give up the ship, so to speak, and
throw the hard top into your head.  Second. most roll bars out there are
actually "show" bars.  So I would double down on finding what bars really
do something.  My dad once said that to really be a real bar, they have to
have diagonals going from the top of the roll bar back to the trunk and
forward to the front of the driver.  I have definitely seen pictures of
"show bars" with low diagonals that bent right down to those diagonals -
making the bar above the diagonals basically useless.  YMMV.
