[Tigers] Article on Rear Spring Bracket Reinforcement / Crack Repair

Does anyone recall where the article is on repair and reinforcement of the
leaf springs' front mounting bracket?

I remember seing some information detaing the shape of a sheet metal
reinforcing part to prevent continued cracking of the inside forward leaf
spring mount.

Any leads would be helpful in providing information to a restoration shop
working on completing my Tiger.
