[Tigers] MKII Alternator another question

Thanks for all the advice, one more question.   I put the 60 Amp alternator
on, and still have one of the  same problem as with the old one.  With the
engine running, voltage across the battery is a constant 15 to 15.5 volts,
all the info I finds says it should be 14.2 to14.7 volts.  Turn the lights
on and I don't see a voltage drop.   Bad regulator?  I put a new one on a
couple of years ago.  Can it be tested, should I replace with a solid state
replacement?  Thanks
