#1&4 are easy: Sunbeam Specialties
#2 What about it? Better find yours,
  unobtainium.  If you are restoring it,
  it should be dark brown.
#3 except for color, same as #2 
#5 Maybe a Mustang place?  I was
  able to make a bubble flare with my
  double flare tool, might work..
