Gary, First, I've never heard of it; apparently it's a UK thing. Second, I
didn't see anything about an inspection as our guys do here so, offhand,
I'd guess it's a piece of paper with nothing to back it up.

If your Tiger has been TACd it's as close as possible to being
"authenticated."

Perhaps more from the UK guys?
