[Tigers] New ARE Silverstone mag wheels

I saw them for sale a few years back for spitfires, tr4 and mgb... but the
drilling of pcd and offset was an issue, I had asked about a 14x6 set with
4.25 and correct front offset at the time via their eBay page and did not
get a response
