[Tigers] Blower/Heater

Agree on both counts.  I had my heater core rodded out and sealed up a
bunch of years back, and the system went from way to little heat to just
plain too little heat.  And reconditioning the blower motor couldn't hurt
either.

But here near Boston, no way it would have been enough for today...
