[Tigers] eBay tiger parts + alpine donor

I think we all know its intended as a dishonest Alger ( tiger vin on it)
..  I'm guessing the seller won't give you the vin over the phone... But
you could ask to inspect the condition of the parts if close enough.

BTW ... Let's not beat up on honest Alger's, I have no issues with cars
wearing their correct SAL and alpine vin
