When you say "stock springs" do you mean you put back in your original
springs, or bought something that was claimed to be "stock"?  I seem to
recall that CAT "stock" springs did cause the car to ride higher.  But that
was many many years ago.

Other than that, the other comments you got would have been what I would
have suggested: definitely loosen the A arms, drive around and see if it
settles.  Also confirm what spring insulator was put on top of the
springs.  Perhaps the wrong one was used or it was put in upside down or
something (unlikely).

I think it would be impossible to put the sway bar in upside down.  But I
could be proved wrong on that one.
