Never mind, I found what I was looking for. STOA is the host and the event
will be held at McClellan Park in Sacramento in June of 2017.

Who is putting this on and where will it be located?  I received my notice
from STOC and I may find time out on my busy retirement  (hahahahahaha,
lol-ing rotflmao), schedule to finish my Orange car and then rebuild the
race car and bring them both along in the big red trailer.  If it is not too
far. And by the way, if the planned travel routes to and fro from the
Southern Nevada areas in late June/Jul/August time frames, lemme tell ya, it
gets really, really hot here. 115 is typical.
