[Tigers] shifter issues

[Tom Parker]

Check the internets. There's a guy near Baltimore who rebuilds them, and
lots of places with parts. I was looking to replace the original but didn't
follow up; the Hearst short throw shifter I installed in the '70s works
just fine.
