[Tigers] Ford sport right-angle oil filter

Hello all,
 
I promised myself that this is the year that I'd switch to the Ford sport  
right angle oil filter bracket
 
I believe Summit and Jegs has this item but...
 
What do I ask for to get the exact right thing? I want to keep the original 
 parts and old filter in place, tie off the old lines and secure them to 
maintain  original appearance from the top, and install the new filter bracket
on the engine.
 
What am I looking for, please? Any information appreciated.
