[Tigers] Tiger's Girling Mk 2A Brake Servo

It has been a while since I had that discussion with them.  But, unless
I've completely forgotten, at the time, I believe the letterhead of the
letter from them said it was from "Lockheed/Girling" as if they had
combined.  I have no idea what has happened since.
