[Tigers] Tiger Spare Tire and Rim

For what it's worth, my Mark 2 rims are grey on both sides, no evidence
obvious of any black paint on the rear. As far as I know the wheels are
original, untouched (the condition of the car when I bought it in 1976 was,
at best, "rough," I doubt the rims were repainted.
