Michael is correct NPD has this part and I believe Sunbeam Specialties also
carries this part but I'm not sure it is exactly the same as original.
 
Ballast resistor    6100030    B7A12250-A
 
NPD    55 - 57 T-Bird    T-12250-1A is listed in my 2011 NPD catalog - check
NPD web site for up to date details.

NPD have a repro with and without ford logo stamped on the foot. It lists
for a 55 t bird iirc

Looking at old Ford stuff at Rock Auto or a couple specialty suppliers, I
see a what looks  like a cable spec'd for the ballast resistor on Fords from
back in the day, and neither Rick or Curt list anything.

Somebody must know...
