 I hear you, Bud. He looked good at Packwood, too, having lost some weight, and was in his normal good spirits. I'm going to miss him, he was a good man.

OMG.  Tom was at Packwood for the Tour just a month ago.  Looked healthy and  
drove great.  So sorry, a shock to hear.  Great guy and a great friend.

I?m sorry to hear that? my condolences to his family and friends. I only  
ever talked to him briefly at a couple of SUNIs but I admired his Tiger  
knowledge and autocross ability and he was a guy I?d hoped to learn more  
from over time.

Hey all, thought I would let all of you know, we lost a great friend and  
champion of the Marque Tom McDaniel died of a heart attack some time  
yesterday. I will post more when I know.

Got my crate from Dale.  Full front end, new leaves (that correct grammar?)  
and rear disc kit. Dad passed in May and Mom talking some things that they  
should have done and youngest graduated from college in June.  Have had the  
car for a long time.  Drive train done a while ago.  Nicely warmed up 302  
with Al heads and Tom (Tom's Differentials) did the top loader and the the  
rear end.  Barely 1k miles on that stuff. 

Anyway, haven't turned a wrench in a while so was planning on doing the rear  
end (disc upgrade and springs) first to ease into it a bit.  Seems  
incompatible to put those U bolts back in.  Any vendors for new ones? 

That's all for now.  Plenty more questions to come already rattling around  
in my brain.
