[Tigers] Stock oil filter set up leaks

Andy is converting to factory stock.

Andy sometimes I think the issue at the top can be the mount turning while
you try and tighten the line and filter, see if you can use some rubber to
hold it and use a shifter to torque it down a bit... Just be careful not to
damage it
