[Tigers] Valve Lash Adjustment

Page 21 of the Sunbeam Tiger 260 & 289 manual states tighten the stud nut
an additional 3/4 turn after the pushrod clearance has been eliminated from
a hydraulic lifter that is centered on the zero lift section of the cam
lobe.
